Shipping policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from the Netherlands. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and product.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

LayerLabs remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or to someone you have designated to receive it.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sven@layerlabs.nl.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For orders delivered outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply unless otherwise stated. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
